Are sessions online or in-person?

I am offering all sessions via secure video platform.

How long is a therapy session and how much does it cost?

Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes in length. My standard rate for an individual session is $250 with some options for a sliding scale fee arrangement.

Will my sessions be covered by my health insurance?

At this time I am in Network with most Optum health insurance plans, including United Healthcare, UMR, Oxford and Oscar. I am also in-network with most Aetna plans.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, it is possible that you may get some reimbursement for your sessions through out-of-network benefits. You can call your insurance provider to ask the following questions:

• Does my insurance plan offer out-of-network benefits that cover mental health/behavioral health?

• What, if any, is my out-of-network deductible?

• Has my deductible been met by other expenses?

• How do I submit claims for reimbursement for my psychotherapy sessions?
